This contemporary Capitol Hill home—already bright with natural light and sweeping lake views—was elevated into a an organic Pacific Northwest retreat. A custom white oak feature wall in the bedroom and a complementing vanity in the primary bath adds warmth and grounds the space. Soft palettes of blue, gray, and white hues reflect the misty Lake Union landscape and Washington skies.
