Fini Condominium Lobby Renovation
Our Fini Condo renovation completely transformed this commercial building and elevated the street-side lobby to new heights.
The FINI condominium lobby is located in the heart of Phinney Ridge in N. Seattle. The renovation included new flooring, paint colors, lighting design, furnishings, and decor. The navy grasscloth was paired with the bone feather wallpaper to create a dynamic look in the lobby, which features high ceilings and expansive windows. Fresh plants were brought into the space for a fresh look. New rugs were added for warmth, color and a touch of print. Existing console tables were painted and glass toppers were added for durability. Existing artwork was repurposed, and new mirrors and wall decor were added for a more modern look. Overall, the renovation of the FINI condo lobby resulted in a huge transformation – truly elevating the brand of the building and bringing a new life to the space.
